i just weighed myself this morning and i am at my target/ideal weight for the first time in 3 years, probably. i attribute this to 3 things:

1) diet: elimination of white powdery stuff like flour, sugar and cocaine
2) exercise: Teresa Tapp is the bomb. seriously.
3) supplements: Plus, a mannatech product that helps regulate your endocrine system is full of amino acids. i’m also taking “good fats” (krill oil) with lots of DHA in it.
